رسالة الاتحاد
تمثيل مصالح شركات الصناعات الغذائية الفلسطينية و يسعى لتطوير صناعة الغذاء من خلال  تحقيق الاهداف الاستراتيجية التالية:
1. المشاركة في صياغة وتعديل السياسات والتشريعات الخاصة بالصناعات الغذائية وتطويرها وتشجيع الاستثمار في القطاع.
2. المساهمة في رفع القدرة الانتاجية للمنتج الفلسطيني وتطوير ثقافة الجودة والسلامة الغذائية.
3. تعزيز وتطوير برامج خاصة بترويج المنتج الوطني
4. السعي لتحقيق حصة سوقية متنامية وجاهزية للتصدير بتوظيف الاستراتيجيات والادوات المتاحة، بما يحقق مصالح الاعضاء والمجتمع الفلسطيني.
5. تطوير الهيكلية الادارية والفنية والقانونية والموارد المالية والبشرية للاتحاد
6. ايجاد اليات تعاون مع مؤسسات القطاع الخاص والعام ، وبناء علاقة مميزة مع الشركاء على مستوى الوطن.

PFIU Mission
Union to represent interests of food industries companies, and develop food processing industries by conducting the following strategic objectives
 Participating in drafting the policies and regulation of food industries and develop investment in the sector
 Participating in increasing the production capacity and develop quality culture and food safety
 Develop and enhance programs for the promotion of Palestinian food products
 Work to found developing market share and export readiness by applying strategies and tools to cover members interests and Palestinian community
 Develop structure for administration, technical, legal, financial resources, human resources, and build distinguished relation with stakeholders
Create methods of cooperation between different stakeholders from Public and private sector
